Article: Watery-Diarrhea-Is-Not-a-Very-Good-Thing
by awallad Before I show you some helpful hints I wanted to share with you how I felt when my kids got watery diarrhea. Maybe you experienced the same things I did.
I recall how I would get scared to death if one of my children developed watery diarrhea. Usually a fever accompanied the discomfort. I would think that my babys insides were raw and left with no food. If they were constantly wetting their diaper which they did sometimes I grew even more upset.
When my kids had watery diarrhea they looked so pale. They had a flushed face and a wasted appearance look about them. Like there was nothing left inside them. This watery diarrhea did them in. The watery diarrhea made me feel so helpless.
What causes acute watery diarrhea?
Acute, watery diarrhea is usually caused by a bug (viral gastroenteritis.) Treatments such as antibiotics and drugs that have magnesium products are also natural offenders. Recent dietary changes can also contribute to acute watery diarrhea. These, include the intake of coffee, tea, colas, dietetic foods, gums or mints that consist of poorly absorbable sugars.

Although frequently gentle, acute watery diarrhea can be a pre cursor to dehydration as a result of large fluid and electrolyte losses. Often the person feels weak. Patients have often had to rest for hours when they have contacted watery diarrhea because they are just drained of energy.
Acute bloody watery diarrhea suggests a bacterial force like Campylobacter, Salmonella or Shigella. One way that this can happen is to visit underdeveloped locations of the world. Some of these places lack the technology to maintain a higher level of hygiene. Eating rotten foods such as ground beef or fresh fruit can cause diarrhea due to E.coli.
The treatment for water diarrhea almost always calls for drinking a lot of fluids. Like herbal tea and water. You have got to keep your body hydrated to have a better chance of taking care of watery diarrhea.
Treating watery diarrhea with a drug has not been safe. There are herbal remedies that have eased the pain and done the job of addressing watery diarrhea.
