Article: Customer-Communication
by Leslie Johnston Remember customer service is very important to our success in sales. All customers are not the same therefore; they should not be treated as such.
Allow for you customers to be themselves and respect their individuality from what you are use to dealing with. Maybe even from your own personal identity. For instance you may be a upbeat and fast paced person, or maybe even a slow reserved person. The way that you interact with others, should depend on their pace, and making them comfortable. I’m not telling you to not be yourself, just to adjust your self to the customer.
Always remember non-verbal communication is a powerful tool in our world. So make sure you are a person with integrity, because the truth will come out in the end.
So if your customer is a slow and reserved person, go ahead and make the necessary arrangements to be on their level, the end result will let the customer know that you are there for them and their needs.
